By using The Power of 90 Members, you agree to the following terms.

Membership Access

• Accounts are for registered families only
• Login credentials and PINs must be kept private
• Sharing accounts is not permitted

Billing and Payments

• Membership fees are billed according to your selected plan
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Missed payments may result in temporary suspension
• Accounts are not deleted immediately for missed payments

Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support
• Access continues through the paid period

Parent Account Deletion

If a parent account is deleted mid-program, the child retains access through the remainder of the current 90-day cycle.

Program Content

All content is owned by FlyAway Productions.

You may not:

• Copy
• Resell
• Distribute
• Modify
• Reproduce content without permission

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload harmful content
• Interfere with system operations

No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

The program provides educational and motivational content only.

It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Service Availability

We strive for continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Technical interruptions
• Data loss
• Indirect damages
• Third-party service failures
