GETTING STARTED

How do I start my child’s journey?

After logging in, go to your Dashboard, create your child’s profile, set a PIN, and click “Today” to begin Day 1.

After logging in, click Dashboard in the top menu, then select Today.
This opens the current day’s journal, guidance, and activities.

Parents land on the Dashboard to set up profiles and PINs. Children access their journal using their PIN.

The Parent Dashboard lets you manage profiles, view progress, adjust settings, and handle billing.

Yes. Each child uses a PIN to access their own journal safely.

Yes. Parents who journal can also use a PIN for their own entries.

USING THE PROGRAM

Where is my child’s daily journal?

Go to Dashboard → My Journal to see today’s prompt and past entries. Journals are private and not visible without child approval.

Yes. Your child moves at their own pace but cannot skip ahead. Each day unlocks in order.

No problem. Simply return and continue where you left off.

Yes. Parents may journal using age-appropriate prompts when enabled on their profile.

Most days take about 10–15 minutes.

ACCOUNTS & PROFILES

Can I add more than one child?

Yes. The number of children depends on your subscription plan.

Go to Dashboard → Profiles to switch between children.

Visit Profile → Manage PINs to reset or change any PIN.

Yes, with parent approval and login credentials.

Go to Profile → Account Settings to update your information.

No. All child accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Is my child’s journal private?

Yes. Entries are private and visible only to your family.

Only the parent account holder and approved family members assigned in the Parent Dashboard.

No. There is no public messaging or social interaction.

No. The platform is ad-free and distraction-free.

We use secure systems and never sell personal information.

No. Parents must access, and the child must approve.

BILLING & PLANS

Where do I see my current plan?

Go to Profile → Subscription to view your plan.

Access continues during the grace period. If payment is not resolved, features may pause until updated.

 

Subscriptions run through the full 90-day cycle. Monthly plans continue unless cancelled.

After 90 days, families may continue with extended coaching features or renew the full program

Yes. Upgrades happen anytime. Downgrades apply after completing the current 90-day cycle.

Go to Profile → Billing to update payment details.

TECHNICAL & SUPPORT

What devices work best?

The program works on most devices. A computer or tablet is recommended for the best writing experience.

Yes. Entries and progress are saved automatically.

Try refreshing, clearing your browser cache, or switching devices.

How do milestone check-ins work?

Families receive guided reflections at Days 30, 60, and 90.

Children may earn collectible rewards for completing milestones.

Voice guidance provides short, focused coaching to help children reflect and write. It does not replace journaling or allow open-ended conversations.

Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.
